Last Sunday, CompassionSC facilitated an outreach opportunity for Faith Community Churchh to distribute needed items to the homeless, many of them were young adults living on the streets without consistent shelter or a home. FCC accompanied and came alongside Ronee Curry on Pacific Ave and her weekly outreach in front of Border's Bookstore in Santa Cruz, CA. It was a significant time to continue to build relationships with those in need in SC as sleeping bags, socks, bottled water, "beanies of hope" and food was distributed. The homeless community was blessed, Ronee was supported in her ministry, and the church was challenged to be the hands and feet of Jesus in Santa Cruz.
